Prices

Prices quoted are valid for 30 days and are based on the requirements provided by the client. If these requirements change, Shannon Tackett Media may have to re-quote the project.

Payment

I do require an up-front deposit for some services, if applicable this will be outlined in the quote provided. I will not begin working on the project until the deposit is recieved. Payment must be made in full before the website is uploaded to the internet or a copy is made available to the client. The completed website will not be uploaded to the client's website until payment has been received by Shannon Tackett Media. Payment methods accepted are:

•    Check
•    PayPal - Visa, MasterCard, American Express

All payments must be in US dollars.

Changes to Submitted Text

Text submitted to Shannon Tackett Media is expected to be the client’s final text. Time required to make substantial changes to client-submitted text after the pages have been constructed will cause additional charges, billed at the current hourly rate. Minor changes are handled as part of the normal development process and included in the quoted price.

Errors & Omissions

Shannon Tackett Media will use good faith to ensure pages authored by us are free of errors. However, Shannon Tackett Mediamay not be held responsible for any errors that may arise in the course of authoring any pages.Shannon Tackett Media does not accept any liability for losses or damages arising from errors within any page.

Shannon Tackett Media will correct minor text changes at no charge for 30 days from the date the site is posted to the web hosts server. After 30 days, changes will be charged at the current hourly rate.

Modifications to Website Code

Shannon Tackett Media cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made by third parties to the client’s website pages.

Copyright of Content

The client unconditionally guarantees to Shannon Tackett Media that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork supplied to Shannon Tackett Media by the client for inclusion in website pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Shannon Tackett Media from any claim or lawsuit arising from the use of such elements provided by the client.

Copyright to Website

Copyright to the finished website produced by Shannon Tackett Media is owned by the client. Upon final payment, the client is assigned rights to use and/or modify the website as required. Shannon Tackett Media retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of their work in their portfolio.

Links

Shannon Tackett Media reserves the right to append a small hyperlink to Shannon Tackett Media’s website at the bottom of each page.

Search Engine Submission

Shannon Tackett Media offers search engine optimization and search engine submission, plus advice on how to achieve high rankings. However, Shannon Tackett Media provides no guarantee of search engine positioning or the time between submission and listing.

Return of Material

Any material supplied to Shannon Tackett Media by disk or original copy will be returned to the client.
